The location was superb, offering excellent access to shopping and the airport, while the staff were amazing and very welcoming and the place was spotlessly clean. Facilities were good overall but lacked some amenities, and the view left something to be desired. Sleep quality was also a bit disappointing due to AC not getting cold enough, though the overall value for money made it a worthwhile stay

This is a good option not so far from Venice, as the tram stop is nearby and Venice can be reached in 25 mins. Staff very kind, good breakfast.

Hotel is as described, helpful staff. Good but basic breakfast. Food is fresh! Clean rooms. Great shower!
Full mirror in family room would have been a good addition. They had this in a different room but not on the night at the end of my trip which was in a family room. Tea and coffee station in some rooms only... But no milk so couldn't use.
Gluten free catered for.
Note that Airport transfers described is missold, We were waiting for over an hour at the airport trying to organise. This is an error on agodas part. Not the hotel! Very poor customer service from agoda made this more difficult.
