    Check in process was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. They paid attention to special requests and followed up by checking in with us. The room was clean and spacious. Nothing bad to comment on. It’s a relatively new hotel. The downside is the wifi in our room and the hotel breakfast. The wifi was so slow, we ended up using our own mobile data. It was annoying trying to connect to their wifi. The hotel breakfast was a disappointment. The spread looks promising but the quality is just not there. Everything is either not flavourful enough, diluted or just mediocre. There wasn’t any “saving grace” moment because everything was mid. Mee bandung soup and even baked beans was diluted. Would not return for the breakfast.

    Hotel staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastically wide spread. Loved the surprised birthday set up in my room. Overall will plan to stay at Sheraton again cos we loved to be greeted by those friendly staff everywhere we go.

    False fire alarm with no announcements activated at 2am. Walk down with my 2 yearold daughter downtown stairs..and just security guard saying is false alarm, with no explanation. From that day i was traumatised by the alarm sound. It was horribly loud and literally fearing my life at that moment
