    The room is spacious. The breakfast is one of the best in my list. As it serve a lot of cuisine and its scrumptious! And the staff is very friendly and approachable.

    Planned to check out Sheraton JB and the neighboring SKS mall. Got misled by Google maps cos there was major road works going on so you can only approach for a specific direction else have to do a few U turns to make it in. Once in the mall (carpark is shared by mall and hotel), if you came up the wrong side, you can get misled by the mall security who shows you the 5th floor back entrance that can only be used by guests with keycards. Once at the lobby, by 330pm, we were informed that we cannot check in cos there is still a guest in our assigned room having late checkout till 4pm and we also have to wait for housekeeping to clean it up. They offered a temp room to wait in until the actual room is ready but we thought it was a terrible lapse on the hotel side to allow for late checkout knowing the hotel is fully booked and guests are coming. The SKS mall is quite small, compared to the other JB malls. Hotel room is fine and so is the breakfast but after the check in experience, we decided we are not likely to return.
