    We have been in many hotels in our life, and none of the were so amazingly good. We took the club room with complimentary lounge with view to the harbor and opera house. We were on the 31th floor. Amazing heated pool and Jacuzzi . We loved this hotel

    The spa, their staff and the services we got in there was really amazing, relaxing and extraordinary! They have an amazing pool, too with sauna facilities. The view from our room is really, very amazing and made us see the real Sydney from dusk til dawn. Such a great experience!

    facilities and location is good. but if you care about service level, this is not for you. I used to stay at the fullerton but gave this hotel a try for its view and location. but service is far from expectations for a 5-star hotel. I prefer Fullerton.
