The location was perfect - walkable to both the sun bear and orangutan rehabilitation centres, and a short Grab ride from the Rainforest Discovery Centre. The rainforest setting was lovely for a meal - the beef curry and juices were really good, though the breakfast was average and coffee wasn't great. The room was great - comfortable beds, a coffee/tea station and good shower. Some of the staff members were quite unfriendly though!

I was quite disappointed with my stay. At almost RM200 per night, I expected better facilities and comfort. However, the room was quite small and only had a fan instead of air conditioning. For this price, I feel that the facilities provided were not worth the amount paid. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and, in my opinion, not worth the price.
