Sea Residences (CLOSED TEMPORARILY)

Initially the property did not receive the booking confirmation from agoda, took me almost 2 hours and 2 different costumer service representatives to fix the issue. I do not know who made the mistake, it it was agoda or if there were problems on the property’s end. Upon check in, I was asked for additional 500 pesos deposit despite having paid in full via agoda. Room was clean however there is an instruction to not adjust AC temperature and keep it at 22C, which was absurd! There were too many contact numbers from the staff which were very confusing. Sometimes they knock on your room because they have to get some personal items they left in the unit. Upon check out, informed via text that I was going to check out and was told to just leave the keys in the unit. When O asked about the deposit, I was informed to contact another person who I do not know. At the end of the day, the hassle is not worth it, there are better options nearby. I do not recommend this place. The inconvenience caused by property-agoda communication was uncalled for, agoda should not endorse this property. Too disorganized, takes them too long to reply if you want to contact them. Deposit given upon check in was not returned, no replies from the property.

Place is full of dust. Description says there’s wifi but there’s none. Complained about it prior to check in but rep just ignore it.

Booked at 1 PM, informed the property owner that I would arrive at 5 PM. Before 5 PM, I tried calling and messaging, NO RESPONSE! I WAITED FOR 3 HOURS OUTSIDE WHILE THERE IS A TYPHOON SIGNAL. When the agent arrived to assist me, no sympathy at all. Even during the time I am talking to the “property owner”, she made me feel as if it’s my fault that the phone number & email they have in this account are not the active contacts they’re using. AIRCON IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. REMOTE IS BARELY WORKING.

We booked the unit since we attended a concert in MoA Arena. The place is just walking distance to the Arena, and had a veranda overlooking the Arena and SM Moa. There's nearby convenient store as well so you can buy stuff. The room is so well maintained - clean sheets, towels, cooking wares and utensils. Fast internet and good mobile reception. Indeed value for money. We'll definitely consider this place whenever I/we have an event around the area. Thank you, Reese's Team!
