    The staff are incredible, offering room cleans and tours daily. Room comes with reasonably priced fridge with drinks available. Bed is comfy and clean and the location is amazing. 10 minute walk to train street, amazing restaurants and shopping. Kept extending our stay as there is so much to do!

    I booked this hotel for 6 days, but after just 4 days, I couldn’t stand staying there any longer. The environment was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to rest or relax. On top of that, the actual room did not match the pictures shown online at all, which was very disappointing. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. To make things worse, the app was very unclear about the booking conditions. It seemed like the price only covered a 5-hour stay per day, which was not properly explained. I had to pay extra just to stay for a full day, which felt misleading and frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the noise, misleading photos, and lack of transparency in the booking details.

    Had a wonderful stay here! The staff and receptionists were incredibly accommodating and friendly. If I ever find myself back in HaNoi, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

    I book for double room, but the staff gave me standard room. So, i got the smaller size of the room.
