    Quiet location but near all attractions by walking. Great staffs during check in!

    The receptionists are all nice from all shifts. Very welcoming and accommodating. The place is neat and clean. The only downside is the AC in the reception cannot withstand the hot weather of hanoi.

    Family Room for 5: BIG with 3 king beds with plenty of space Good Location Very Good value for money BE AWARE: at check in, they informed me that I have to pay 8% extra for credit card surcharge. I argued and challenged rhe staff saying it was NOT mentioned anywhere in the T&C nor on the Agoda page. I also mentioned that bank charges are 3% not 8 at which point he said ok, we will charge you 3. I told him I'm not taking this nonsense and I refuse it and we can call Agoda customer service to ask about this rule. He waived the surcharge all together so it was just a money making manœuvre.
