    The treatments were good, but the service in the resort fell short of 5star standards - I was booked for an 11am treatment yet got alerted at 9:30am as though I had missed it - no clear directions were provided for where to go for treatments - you have to find out yourself - On my last day a 60-minute session was scheduled at 11am despite a 12pm check-out - and my request for late check-out the day before was declined - which seemed like poor planning. Feedback was not well received - The attitude seemed more focused on moving guests along rather than genuinely listening and improving - so while the treatments are not bad - I would suggest visiting for day sessions rather than overnight stays Last but not least attached is a picture of the poached egg I had for breakfast
