Nice hotel. Worth the money. The facilities is complete. They provide small kitchens + sink. There was hot water too in the bathroom. The water pressure is good. The location is very near with Garuda Wisnu Kencana Park. Ideas for improvement = bigger and tidier parking lot and office. The office is small so when a lot of visitors want to save their luggages with a lot of other visitor's luggages will be a bit of hustle. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again next time

Staff were absolutely fabulous, extremely helpful and willing to assist wherever. Room is rather on the small side. Plumbing needs major attention. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Adequate lighting, and kitchen ware to make a meal.

I stayed here for 3 weeks total and left a day early. At first glance, the appearance of the hotel rooms are nice but as you look closer, it's clear that they were not constructed well. There is an absolute ant infestation. I've never seen anything like it. They were everywhere except the bed, thankfully. But they were on the walls, behind the TV and all over the kitchen whether there was food open or not. I couldn't even make use of the kitchen cause I was so grossed out. They even had moth balls under the shower drain as a repellent. The staff is really apologetic about it and the good about coming to spray around the room and that would lessen it for a few days but you'd still see them everywhere. Several times a day, there would also be a really moldy and sulfurous smell that would be come from the bathroom and take over the entire room. The sliding doors to each room do not close entirely so it's easy for mosquitoes and flies to come in. There was loud drilling and construction occurring during the day and they'd never notify you when this was happening. And absolutely no sound insulation so you'd hear the construction as well as any loud rowdy groups of guests. Do not recommend at all!
