    If you are not dependent on public transport in Madrid, this hotel is a very good option. According to Google Maps, the hotel appears to be extremely close to Madrid Atocha Station. However, due to the location of the station’s exit gates and the lack of a lift or wheelchair-accessible route to street level, walking from the station with luggage is not recommended. Stairs are the only practical option to reach the street. The good thing is that the taxi stand is right next to the hotel. However, other bus and metro stops are relatively far away. As a hotel, it is excellent and offers all the amenities one would expect. The restaurant on the ground floor is also very good. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall, a very good stay—especially if you plan to use taxis or other modes of transport rather than relying on public transportation.

    This is a very basic hotel, 10-15 minutes walk from the train stop. Street signs are however nonexistent, which poses a challenge if you need to find your way without daylight. There’s no coffee maker or water kettle in the room. There’s a visible stain (about 1cm diameter) on one of the pillows. It was a hot night when we checked in and the room’s air conditioning unit was not turned on with actual temp registered at 28 Celsius / 82 Fahrenheit.

    room was spacious and clean, the only downside was the bathroom tends to get flooded if the water pressure put too strong. otherwise all is good

    The place is very average. Not at all value for money. It seemed to be promoted by Agoda and the description /photographs etc do not make a correct depiction.
