It is located in the heart of the city where it is worth staying for solo travellers. I highly recommend this property to you guys.

it is very cheap for a nice location and solo room. But bathing with time schedule. Bath area is acceptable. Toilet is not nice though

Did not tell me anything about the baths or showers, so I had no idea there was selected times. Actually I had no idea where the baths were the whole time I stayed there (had to find a onsen elsewhere).
I wasn’t even told which floor my room was on.
All the doors to outside were open all night long including; the communal balcony doors, the door leading to the fire escape, and another. Being on the second floor and so close the the main road of a busy ish area I felt a bit unsafe.
There was no soap at the sink of the bathroom which made everything feel a bit more gross. considering it’s the only toilet for the whole floor.
I also go in trouble on the day of my checkout because I was late. Which is fair, but to my knowledge I wasn’t told the time of checkout. Checkout was at 9:30 which is different to most places being 11. Thank goodness I double checked online and saw checkout was at 9:30 so I left around 10:30.
Other than the communication issues, which is obviously no one’s fault other than mine (going to japan and not knowing Japanese). The man that works at the front desk and I believe the owner was very friendly and took care of my bag days before I checked in.
I am a female from Australia so I’m not sure if my standards meet others, so take that into consideration. ✌🏼

Great location, near two subway lines, convenience stores nearby, easy to get food supply. But the hotel is ancient and gloomy, giving out old Japanese horror vibe. Though staff is kind. Overall I wouldn't want to stay here again so I won't recommend it.
