We did not stay at Parimala. We reached early morning, their staff was not even bothered to attend us but he was sleeping in the reception. After we waited for 15 mns and woke him up. Then he says since we have booked online our check in time is 12pm. Since we are there early he need to arrange a room for us. His attitude, presentation was rude and worst.
Immediately we checked into the next door hotel Sattyam.
We have not utilised the service. Kindly make our refund.
