    We stayed in new SRS for 3 days. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. The hotel does not have their own kitchen, but has a good hotel nearby & staff can bring the food on order. Staff was helpful and friendly.

    This is a great place for families. I was a bit hesitant to go after reading some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The reception staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. There’s no in-room dining, but there are two famous hotels, Abhiruchi and RBH, just a short walk away. Dominos is also only 200 metres away. The location is excellent. I highly recommend this property.

    Using Agoda I booked for family of 4. How'ver it has booked solo premium room. Hotel staff asked me to cancel the booking and asked me to book a new room for family. Since we had no option, inspite knowing cancelation cannot be done and both hotel and Agoda have pocketed my money,booked new room and spent night and got out first hour in the morning. Good bye
