Ratings and reviews
7.2 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Very disappointing experience. The property is poorly maintained and not comfortable for families.
Alcohol is allowed near and even inside the pool area, which was very uncomfortable, especially for families with children. The washroom taps were also not working properly.
They provided towels only when we specifically asked for them. There was also no evening tea or snacks and no morning coffee, which was disappointing.
Overall, the maintenance and service were very poor, and the experience was not worth the expectations. Definitely disappointing, especially for families.

If we travel with family and kids as well, this resort is the best in all terms. The location, the rooms, the view, everything is very good and cleanliness as well. I recommend to stay here.
