Neat set up. Suitable kitchen and dining arrangement. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with decent water pressure. Great hot tub setup. (Only issue was the cold water dripping on our heads.) Close to the Hot Springs with a lovely garden outside.

Great little spot enjoyed the stay although the pot wouldn't heat up on the element because it wouldn't register it and the pool was cold at 8am when it opened so my nephews couldn't swim but other then that, I'd book again.

A peaceful and sunny overnight location for a visit to Kaipātiki Hot Springs.
    6.8 / 10Average·May 2026
Not suitable for more than two people. Whole family of 4 expected to sleep in one bed. Only two of everything, eg. Towels, plates, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils.
