    Its a little bit off track, but well within walking distance of everything, quiet, friendly, pool and bar, clean and comftable, stayed 3 days and enjoyed it.

    We booked a room for 60,000 riel on Agoda which said the room had air conditioning, but then the owner said that info was wrong and he made us pay and extra 20,000 riel to get a room with AC. Owner is a frustrated western man who vented to us for 30 mimutes at check-in about not wanting to live in Kampot anymore and how wants to go back to living on the beach (which I understand, but then why did he buy this property?) He then spent the evening drinking and smoking with his friends in the front courtyard of the property, which was awkward for my girlfriend who wanted to play pool and maybe take a swim. The main thing is to be aware that a room with AC here costs 80k riel, not 60. We were expected to pay the price for his management mistake. You can find rooms in better locations with AC for cheaper elsewhere in town.

    Had a great stay here. Clean and comfortable room, good price and nice bar/restaurant. Owner was friendly and helpful and location is in a quiet spot but only 5 minutes from the centre. Would definitely recommend.
