Paid for a room in sunset waves but the images did not match the location , I would like a partial refund due to the fact it was not what I paid for

The place ran out of keys. Couldn't check in for 4 hours. Room was dirty. Ruined my trip!!

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The rooms smell, the pool is green, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The first room we got the door didn’t have a lock, the amenities are not there. No soap which should be a basic. This was the worst experience ever, the amount of people in the lobby complaining and the staff doing nothing. Cringe!!! Avoid it at all cost at least while they fix it.
