This was my second stay at it did not disappoint. The English speaking staff, the great location, and delicious breakfast were all as I remembered. We were very close to a hop on, hop off stop as well as the metro. It's a great value. Our room was plain (and a bit small for two) but possessed all the necessities for a great stay.

Great location, beautiful & quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the minimalist look. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed.

Definitely has seen better times. Location great, elegant look on the surface. But you can tell that the country's economic crisis is felt at this hotel. AC did not work at all and the very pleasant staff just smiled at me and kept saying they would send someone round. Safe did not work. Toilet leaked 24 hours a day. Bidet slightly damaged. Closet in ruins. Just one rubbish bin, in the bathroom. Everything is scuffed and the floor has paint stains on it. No "do not disturb" sign. Soap dispenser broken. My room was quite small and it was a double room. But the hotel certainly has BA charm!

Poor facilities. We were assigned a room apart from the main hallway at 8/F. Only 2 rooms on this extension close to the elevator lobby.. Room Door was built loose and not tight. Light can be seen outside the lobby from the door frame. Noise from opening and closing door next room can easily be heard. I was waking by the next room while closing the door @ 01:00 midnight when someone closed the door. There was no feeling on A/C even I set the thermostat to 21C for the whole day. I guest it was 24C in 80% inside the room. I was stung by mosquitoes inside the room in the morning on the packing ready to check out. Shower cabin floor drainage built wrong and waste water cannot be fully drained away since drain hole is in the height point of the floor. Our feet need to walk out on pot of water after finishing shower.
