    Rooms are too small for 3 person family. Bathroom is too small and messy. Totally not as per the expectations Breakfast is very limited items. Only the location is good

    I can hear mice every night. I found dropping behind the bed. Staff are amazing and breakfast is above expectations

    Ozer palace did what they could to accommodate us for over 10 days after all it was ok, specially Anissa and her co worker were very helpful. Breakfast was not as promised should have been hot dishes like omelette and so on but it was alright. The hotel house keeping team were Not serious about their job, we’ve even told them to clean toilets properly but they don’t listen instead they do vacuuming but that won’t help the showers or the sink. Over all it was ok but they can do way better.

    For the location it's very convenient , the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room service staff was good too. The breakfast was terrible and the two ladies that work there in the kitchen are extremely mean. They will scream at your kids , they will give you the looks if you ask them anything. Horrible ladies. Overall it's was okay.
