Very nice staff, Good generous and fresh breakfast, Calm guests, Good location (not far from metro and trams)

Small inconveniences which fully covered by pluses. Our room were a little bit noisy- the windows goes on the street. The district a bit noisy, there are several markets near. We didn’t find the air conditioner controller, so it was a bit hot (central heating).

It was OK do not expect More Staff Not Helpful Much!

I stayed for total 18 days. Hotel location is extrmely good. It is at walking distance to Yenikapi metri station from where you can take M1a, M1b, M2 and Marmaray. IDO ferry station is also at walking distance. T1 tramstation Aksaray is at walking distance. Yenikapi Transit bus station is just opposite the hotel. Bues terminals for adjacent countries service is also beside Yenikapi metro. If you know your way, you can reach anywhere in Istanbul is just 2 stops - I have expereince it. Migros Jey story is just adjacent to Hotel. Money change is within Hotel boundary, Turkcell mobile phone conenction store is also adjacent. McDonald and KFC is within 50 and 80 yards recpectively. Area ia famous for cloting, bedding and car accessories. Aksaray undergorund AVM is at walking distance, DeFacto is very near, LCWaiki is at 5 minutes walk. Traditional BBQ Kinaat (BBQ Chicken Wings) with Salad, and Flat bread is avaialble for 50 TL just around corner - left side towards Migros - 80 yards. Must try. Historia shopping mall with Cinema is at 20 minutes walk. Tourist attraction like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, TopKapi, Grand bazaar, Spice Bazaar are at 30 minutes walk or 3 T1 trams station toward Kabatash. Hotel has lounge with complimentary Turkish Tea availalble 24 / 7. Lounge and Breakfast restauran also has digital weighing scale for complimentary use. A good breakfast is avaialble at basement floor. But its same everyday. Mr Adam and Mr Abdullah were very cordial hotel staff. Mr Adam could easily understand English and helped whenever he could.

Hotel needs urgent upkeep. Towels needs changing - somewere tornout and most were having worn out edges. Pillows could be better. WC had protuding external bidet - disturbing. Manual key door - only signle key avaialble. Bath area enclosure is extremely tight. Elbows struck to partition once taking bath. Internet speed was average. Sometimes it hanged and router had to be reset. Speed was Ok. WhatsApp video call did not work properly most od the time in room. It worked well in lounge area. Same breakfast everyday - nothing being changed.. This could easily be changed or updated by Hotel managment does not seems to be interested.
