    unprofessional, they didnt recognise my booking, leaving me without a room for the night, blamed it on the booking company, staff attitude was terrible

    The hotel was in a nice location overlooking the sea. We had a balcony but the windows were very hard to open to sit on the balcony & only one chair. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast as we paid for a breakfast presuming it was a full English which was not specified when I booked. Also had to pay for a parking permit although they advertise there is parking

    Was upgraded to the perfect room thanks to the lovely gentleman, I came into room in evening and noticed it was very cold, luckily they had a good effective heater that heated the whole room nicely, loved my stay and would stay again 😊

    Could of been better. Was cheap enough for our 1 night stay. Looks like some work is being done to improve. Extractor Fan in bathroom was disgustingly dusty and room fan also couldn't use due to dust in it. Could be better if more attention paid . Also remote stay so no person available if needed. Location good but no parking facility or permit supplied like other local hotels.
