    Very clean, spacious (I booked the 70sqm), full kitchen with 4 burner stove top, midsize refrigerator, coffee maker, all crockery / utensils / pots & pans, modern (quiet) ceiling fan, A/C, big flatscreen with all apps & remote, good free wifi, nearby Pemex GoMart, half-mile to the beach, nice clean pool, big bathroom with handheld & rainhead shower, nice big bed, absolute bargain!!

    The room looks exactly as advertised, with a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. The curtains, however, were too small for the door, which let a lot of light in. The walls were also quite thin so I could easily hear people in the room next to me. Finally, there was no drinking-water provided in the room, and the shower had a difficult time draining. Ultimately, those were minor issues and the value for money was very good, especially considering the price of the hotels, just 1 km away. They had scooters and bicycles for rent, though it is possible to just walk to the beach within 15 minutes. I would note that it feels a little bit isolated, and would treat it only as a place to sleep not necessarily hang around all day.
