Overall Antigua is a nice place to visit .. hostel is a place for lots of people’s meet with each others all over the world so y see different of character 😂 hostel is clean I like Kelly the staf she very nice person

Agoda doesn't work with this hostel. I made a reservation through Agoda and the hostel didn't have it when I came there during a big festival and I had to leave the city and cover my charges. I have yet to hear back from Agoda on this but It Cost a lot of time and stress. Don't book with Agoda. I'm sure the hostel is fine but they don't recognize Agoda bookings

My experience at One Day trip Hostel was frankly very poor.
From the moment I arrived, I was charged an additional 15% for paying by card, with no prior notice or clear justification. This was never mentioned in any of the previous communications, nor on the booking platform I used (Agoda). I tried to escalate the issue both through the platform and directly with the hostel, but it was impossible to reach anyone responsible. They do not provide a phone number or any reliable contact channel.
As for the facilities, they are quite substandard. I booked a private room, which was located right next to the reception area. From 5:30 a.m. until around 10:30 p.m., the staff would talk and laugh loudly without any consideration for guests. The room itself was poorly ventilated, had no fan, and became uncomfortably hot.
The bathrooms are extremely small, offer very little privacy, and the showers have very low water pressure. I understand this is a hostel, but I have stayed in many, and this one falls well below basic comfort standards.
Overall, I do not recommend it. There are many better options in Antigua at similar or even lower prices, and the level of service here is simply not acceptable.
