    I had a great stay at Ojala and would definitely recommend it. However, I booked a shuttle with the front desk to return to Guatemala City airport and when it came time to leave the driver was over an hour late. They said it was due to traffic and he had other riders but there was no one in the car when he arrived. Then he parked down the street and told me that I hadn’t paid when I had already paid the front desk at Ojala. I refused to pay him again so he dropped me back at Ojala and had to call an Uber as I was already 1.5 hours behind schedule. I wasn’t refunded anything from the front desk either due to the timing as I couldn’t wait for the lady to call and figure out what was going on as I was already close to 2 hours late.
