    The view was beautiful, but unfortunately that’s the only highlight of this hotel. The service was poor, the towels were dirty, and the outdoor bathtub had no hot water, making it unusable. To make matters worse, the water supply was cut off around midnight, which was extremely inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were disappointing and did not meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    The room was big and clean, friendly and supportive staff. The view wasn't very impressive, but acceptable. The only downside was there wasn't enough hot water to fill the whole bathtub. Still, good stay overall

    The room is clean with huge bathroom, big TV and soft bed. The staff is friendly who allows me to early checkin with the small extra money. Will be back next time

    I wouldn’t say the hotel looks exactly like the pictures. We did not spend a great deal and therefore feel like you get what you pay for. The worst part was that the water would run cold in the shower very quickly, me and my partner felt we both only got 1 hot shower the 4 nights we stayed. The walls are very thin so you are able to hear everything in the hallways and the lift going up and down. Staff are friendly but the hotel looks slightly run down considering it’s a new build and the room smelt on arrival as if it had not been used in a while, this did diminish the longer we stayed.
