Manager pretended not to know who Nee Golden House was. Me and another guest were turned away initially and told they didn't know what or where new golden was. It was only when we threaten to call police that he acknowledged our reservation. No lock on rooms, no locks on lockers. No overnight presence to gain access. Agoda should definitely remove this unprofessional and dangerous listing

It was near summer where ventilation was much needed. Unfortunately the fan was broken and I only had to rely on wind from outside. Likely I stayed next to the window. The bathroom btw was clean and the area was pretty privacy. No noise heard while staying there.
