They gave us the room on the second floor and there were lots of ants crawling around during our stay. The carpark has cockroaches and spiders that will enter your car so clear out your car daily during your stay. The check in process was complicated and we even had to help a family who was stranded at the hotel lobby as they didn’t receive information from the hotel. The clothes dryer wasn’t working despite trying to troubleshoot using ChatGPT so we had to lug our wet clothes to the next hotel. The kitchen doesn’t have any utensils or appliances - something to note if you’re booking this hotel for its kitchen amenities. Also, we were given a bottle of half drunken water instead of new bottles of water.

This was a self check in, which I didn’t realize. In a foreign country with a diff language, you need a staff to help you. The highly advanced check in system didn’t work properly as we couldn’t hear them. Wouldn’t recommend.
