From the location and activities to the food and hospitality, the entire experience was thoughtfully put together. One of the biggest highlights is undoubtedly the location of the resort, perched at one of the highest points in Yercaud. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool. In fact, the infinity pool has to be one of the best in Yercaud—not just because of the pool itself, but because of the stunning panoramic view you get while relaxing there. The resort also makes sure you don't have to plan every minute of your vacation. They arrange experiences such as a sunset viewpoint visit and plantation walk, along with several activities within the property. There was a magic show, bonfire, dance floor and plenty of opportunities to simply relax and enjoy time with family. You could easily spend an entire day at the resort without feeling the need to step out for sightseeing. The food deserves a special mention, and a big part of that experience goes to Chef Saravanan. Both the buffet and à la carte options were excellent. What made it even more memorable was how warm, jovial and approachable he was. He even went out of his way to prepare dishes personally for us, including items that weren't on the regular menu. One of the sweetest touches was that they can prepare simple, homely food suitable for travel as well—a thoughtful gesture that really stood out to us. The hospitality throughout our stay was wonderful. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They also have small EVs within the property, which can drop you right outside your room whenever you need—especially convenient when travelling with a little one. Speaking of kids, the resort has both indoor and outdoor play areas. The indoor play area was particularly thoughtful for families with babies, as it made it much easier to keep the little one engaged while feeding. These small details really show that the resort has considered the needs of families. Overall, Mount Pico gave us much more than just a place to stay—it gave us a genuinely relaxing family experience. There was enough to keep us occupied, yet plenty of space and time to simply unwind and enjoy being together. Mount Pico is definitely a place we would happily return to, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, activity-filled and scenic family getaway in Yercaud. Sometimes the best vacation is one where you don't have to plan anything—and this is exactly that kind of place.

Resort is located 5 km from Yercaud junction and on top of a hill. There is a climb of 800m from main road. Rooms are clean and neat. I would recommend Gardenia villas for better view. Breakfast is really good. Food in general is good, but bit costly. No restaurants nearby. View from swimming pool and restuarant is excellent and have decent indoor gaming facilities. Indoor gaming could be better managed. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Resort arranges Plantation walk in the morning and sunset view trip in the evening. Also campfire and DJ available in the evening. Overall decent stay and good facilities. Could be better and staff could be trained in hospitality to welcome and greet guests. Restuarant, reception and house keeping staff did really good service. Just the smile and hospitality is missing.

We had an amazing staycation at Mount Pico Resort [Jacuzzi Villa]. The resort is located at a great altitude, and the views from every corner—inside and outside the villa—are simply breathtaking. The property is very neat, hygienic, well-maintained, and beautifully surrounded by nature. The hospitality was excellent, with every staff member being extremely welcoming, caring, and quick to respond. It is also very child-friendly, with great attention given to cleanliness and the comfort of kids. The complimentary sunset point and plantation walk were wonderful experiences, especially the sunset view. The coffee, chocolate, cardamom-making units, and flower garden were also great additions. Food deserves a special mention! Every dish we tried was delicious. The chef [Saravana Babu]was very experienced and explained the ingredients and dishes really well. Kids’ food can also be customised. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent variety and was one of the best we’ve had. Overall, a wonderful family-friendly property with amazing views, hospitality, experiences, and food. Highly recommended! ❤️

Very disappointing stay at Mount Pico Resort. The entire experience was unprofessional and poorly managed: We booked a Studio Mountain view room but the only clear view was of a construction site — very misleading room description Bathroom was wet, and towels/tissues were not provided. The towels we eventually received were dirty. At the restaurant, we waited 45 minutes only to be told that the ordered items were not available. Complimentary breakfast was mismanaged — exhausted items were never refilled. Restaurant washroom and toilets were not clean and was a complete mess even a public toilet would be more neat and tidy than this. Staff gave no proper walk-through of the property; we had to figure out everything by ourselves. Also I had safety concerns with balcony door as the knob can be operated from both ends. Road towards resort is in worst condition and needs a repair At checkout, when we explained some of these issues to the front office staff and they were least bothered about it. Not worth the money at all. Service is very poor and needs a lot of improvement
