booked 3 Standard Rooms (Booking ID: 2044302744) for 6 adults and 1 child (15 years old). However, after booking, the hotel management (A Lady from 94432 09842) informed me that they could not provide an extra bed for a child in a Standard Room and told me to book a Deluxe Room instead. They were also unwilling to cancel my Standard Room booking. As a result, I made an additional booking for 1 Deluxe Room (Booking ID: 2044339008). When I arrived at the property, I found that the Standard Room had enough space to accommodate an extra bed. You can use this version: The room condition was terrible. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, no hangers, no hot water, and the blanket was unclean. I complained to the manager, but he did not acknowledge any of these issues. I requested a refund for the extra room, but he refused and instead accused us of intentionally creating problems. During the argument, he used abusive language toward the women in our group. This behavior was unacceptable and deeply distressing. I am going to file an FIR regarding this incident.

We stayed in the standard room. It looks like a lodge. Rooms are not maintained well.
