    This is a great hotel that I’ve stayed at about 5-6 times in the past year. Depending on when you book, you can get amazing deals which makes it one of the most competitive places on the market. The staff are all very welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are well-sized. Even though it’s in a bustling area, the hotel itself is tucked away down a quiet alley which makes for a good night’s sleep. The only issue I experienced was with the wifi but I’ve alerted the staff and they are getting it fixed. Overall 10/10, I will continue staying here whenever I need accommodation in Hanoi.

    I was shocked by the garbage underneath the sink. Then I came down to the reception desk (there’s no phone in the room) and showed her a picture. She was surprised as well, and told the cleaner to come up to my room and clean it. She just took it away without sweeping the floor, and no one said sorry. Also, I’m not sure whether they changed the bed sheets or not. Nightmare.

    The staff were very rude. Didn't try to communicate with us at all. Weren't even interested in us. Room is already made us wait 2 o'clock
