Booking ID: 706462947 Dear AGODA Bookings Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the MOMONA Hotel in Addis Ababa. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below basic standards and left me quite dissatisfied. The hotel was not clean, the room was extremely cold, and there was no boiling water available. Additionally, the noise level was very high throughout my stay, which made it difficult to rest. Given these issues, I feel the charging amount by Agoda was not justified. I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing my booking and advising on the appropriate next steps. I had planned to extend my stay in Addis Ababa and book another hotel through Agoda, but I am hesitant to do so unless this matter is addressed. Ideally, I would appreciate a resolution, such as being offered accommodation for the two nights I have already paid for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was nothing like the pictures online, and the level of service and cleanliness was shocking. There was no hot water for showering, the water pressure was extremely weak, and the showerhead was broken. Instead of providing a new one, the staff took a used showerhead from another room and installed it in ours. There was no drinking water in the room, no hotel slippers, and no soap to wash our hands. When we were given slippers, they were clearly used by someone else. We repeatedly raised these issues with the hotel staff. From the very first day, they promised to fix everything, but nothing was done. When we followed up with the receptionist about the missing drinking water, two days later he told us that since we had stayed at the hotel willingly, he could no longer do anything for us. He did not even apologize for the inconvenience or the unacceptable service. The staff made promises they never kept, and there was no genuine effort to resolve our concerns or offer us a room change. I travel frequently, and I have never experienced this level of neglect and poor customer service at a hotel before. The lack of basic necessities, the broken facilities, and the staff's dismissive attitude made this stay a terrible experience. **I will never book this hotel again. I strongly advise other travelers to read reviews carefully and think twice before making a reservation. Do not let the pictures online mislead you like they did me.**
