Good great, amazing location close to the airport. Gentle staff, and very welcoming. Definitely return if needed

Its clean and decent for a very short stay. next to a highway so it gets loud if you open the window. Breakfast options limited and whats available can be improved. No water heaters. laundry prices are ok and you can ask for an iron if you want to do it your self.

Out of three staff, only one lady was decent.

The price was exceptionally cheap compared with the Skylight Hotel next door, which was initially a major advantage. Unfortunately : my experience with the room "105" was very disappointing. I checked in quite late at around 19:00 or 20:00 , but the room did not appear to have been properly prepared or cleaned also -bed used even the smell and the underwear was under the blankets!! - there were used and dirty wet towels on the floor. - the toilet had clearly been used "badly on purpose" and was not cleaned. the TV was damaged and not working. - the telephone did not work even i call the Manager and the Emergency so forgot about it. - There was no properly hot water. - Power plug in the shower cabinet.. So be ready to get electrocuted!!! .... ( Its nice idea but very badly excited ). -the windows had also been left wide open and mosquitoes were flying everywhere inside the room at this time of year this is especially concerning because there are several known mosquito borne diseases in this region. I stayed for only about four hours before checking out and booking another hotel before my next flight. I just partly complained to see if they know what's going on and small smile from the recipient guy was enough as answer!!. I honestly do not know whether I was simply unlucky and received a particularly bad room, or whether rooms in this condition are sometimes still assigned to guests. either way, a room should not be handed over to a guest in this condition ever!!!! 1 star hotel outside the city do better than that And to be fair, there were also several positive points: - The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. - The atmosphere was welcoming. - The restaurant offers free good food for transit travelers... thats alone make me feel the effort done to be the best. - They provide a free shuttle service to the airport. -Food price and quality was good -All around was clean and tidy -Internet working and stable for fast meetings. -rooms was isolated quite also the floors between rooms isolated nicely. - downstairs restaurant very clean. Overall, this hotel has almost everything it needs to be one of the best options in the area: competitive prices, good staff, useful services, and a convenient location. What is missing is proper attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the final details before a room is given to a guest. If they improve these points, the overall experience could be completely different.
