The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Rooms are well maintained, and key card access works smoothly. However, there was no staff at the reception counter when we arrived, so we had to wait a long time outside in the heat. There is also no call bell to get assistance. If this is improved, the stay will be perfect. Overall, still a good place to stay.

I had a good stay at Minitel hatyai. The room was very clean, nice, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant.
One small downside is that there is no lift, so it may be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The location is also quite isolated, with not much around the hotel area, so I think it is more suitable for guests who are driving.
The check-in process was a bit confusing at first because guests need to communicate with the staff through LINE. It may be easier for guests who already have some experience with communication in Thailand. However, the check-out process was very easy.
Overall, it was still a positive experience, especially because the room was clean and comfortable.
