    The bed sheets are dirty and hair strands can be seen on the newly made bed. They will not make up the room everyday if you do not inform them a day prior(was’t notified during the check in). Water pressure is so low and mosquitos can be seen every as the room is not fully wallded.

    We booked 4 months in advance for 3 rooms. On check in date , hotel informed us there is no booking. We assume they may sell our rooms to another travellers. They asked us to move to another hotel which 40 km away from city center. We negotiated (argued) with them , waste our time for 3 hours and finally they agreed to give us 2 rooms. Please do not support unhonest business. Please do not book with them

    First room was not the same as the one in the photo, very difficult to sit on the loo if you are a tall guy, no kettle, no hair dryer contrary to what has advertised. Need to change room 3 times. We almost moved to another hotel but this was already paid for. 3rd room - floor was not flat, There was a certain area where the wooden floor was not flat, When you walk, you can hear a squeaky sound. Everything was not okay until we complained that we were not okay with the room. Should I recommend this hotel? See for yourself!
