    Overall nice stay. Cannot complain regd low quality food or missing facilities like complimentary Spa, etc. as we are here in off season at the end of July. Nice stay, nice clean big sized rooms, clean and nice bathrooms with basic amenities, etc. Staff has been nice, humble and cooperative. Slight challenges in room. Had to request for change in rooms. Washrooms had some blockage issues, but new rooms given were good. Nicely and cleanly maintained Resort. I believe food quality, variety and facilities should be good (may not be the best as in 5 Star) during peak season. 10-15 mins drive to Mall road. Location is on Manali highway. Good nice place for parking. Peak season could show some parking issues, otherwise the parking space is ample. I would rate this anywhere on 3.5 to 4 stars overall. Do not expect a 5 Star or Ultra Luxury kind of stay. Its good, reasonable

    Rooms pictures are misleading . We booked a river front duplex at a whopping 16000/ per night and in our 5 day stay at Manali we had kept the this Hotel stay (2 nights stay) at the last considering it the best . Upon our arrival we were shocked with the old infrastructure of rooms. The duplex give a very small view of river they are not river facing and do not have a balcony whereas we had booked a river side duplex. The rooms and galleries are full of seepage . The carpet in the Galleries is very old and Galleries stink because of that. Inside the room and bathroom all amenities are decades old. From curtains to mirror, wooden floor, furniture, shower ,taps everything is very very old and not being maintained (see pictures attached). The exterior of the Hotel has been maintained nicely to trap people. Buffet breakfast was repetitive with limited choices ,does not justify the price . Front desk staff is not cooperative at all. No one comes to pick up utensils from your room after you have had your lunch/ dinner even after calling multiple times. If plates are kept outside room, they remain there for hours. The services and infrastructure of this hotel does not justify the price at all. The location of the Hotel is the only good thing about it but it doesn’t compensate for the hurt feelings of the family after spending so much.
