    This hotel is at awasome location very close to mall road manali and prices are vsry cheap and unforgetable experience.staff is also very polite and hygenic rooms.

    Staff behaviour is not good. When we enter in the hotel room we see room bedsheet is dirty , we tell to staff boy to change the bedsheet he reply us now we unable to change bedsheet because we have laundry shortage . And hotel manager is said to chang . But hotel staff urguing us and showing he is not that duty to change the bedsheet . But manager is good. He understand and change our bedsheet .

    We booked a Deluxe Room based on the facilities shown on Agoda, but the actual room was very disappointing. Many of the advertised amenities were missing or not working. The TV was not working, there was no hair dryer or electric kettle, and several other facilities mentioned in the listing were unavailable. The fan was also not functioning properly. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall maintenance was poor. We paid for a Deluxe Room but did not receive the quality or amenities that were promised. The hotel should provide accurate information on Agoda and improve its service standards. Overall, it was not worth the money and did not meet our expectations.
