    I check in to the room. I want a hot water bath. I open the hot water tap but comes cold water. I call the room service. He says, he will switch on the heater and it takes 20 mins for hot water to come. After 20 min half bucket of mild hot water comes and then it turns cold. I call the room service again. He says he will send a staff. I end up taking a cold water bath in the cold weather. Linen were not clean either but with full of stains.
