    Hotel located in a very good location. Its almost center of Agia Napa, but very quiet place. Very green and nice territory of the hotel, easy access to the beach and embarkment. Hotel is very simple, could be more clean and actually needs a renovation.

    We enjoyed our stay at Marismare apartments. The Sandy Beach was a 2-minute walk. A lot of supermarkets nearby. The reception desk was really helpful, especially Andrea was very friendly and supported us a lot.

    My issue with the place is the following The pictures on the booking site grossly differ from reality. The outside of the complex is stunning so are the gardens. But on the inside, everything is in very poor condition and needs a full on refurb. Was fine enough for one night but nothing more. It was clean just in disrepair.
