    No frills hotel, rooms are spacious and have great amenities in the rooms. The hotel itself does not have any large reception or dining / waiting areas. Good for the price

    After making my reservation, I tried to contact the property through email, their official website, and even the Agoda messenger — but received no response for weeks. In the end, I had to call the Agoda Hotline just to get an answer to my question. Honestly, my heart was hanging until I actually stepped into the room. This place is far from being a “resort.” It feels more like an Airbnb with simple key locks. There’s no staff around after 7pm, and the refrigerator had a terrible smell. The walls are full of scratch marks, which gives the room a neglected vibe. There’s a coffee machine, but surprisingly, it has a price tag on it. Later, I needed an extra pillow, but since there were no staff available, I checked the cupboard — only to find a note saying that using extra pillows or blankets would cost extra. Overall, this stay was disappointing and definitely not what I’d expect from a place advertising itself as a resort. It’s also way overpriced for the quality and experience it provides.

    Location is not that geat and I facility to talk about. However, 2 notable touches impressed me. One is the Onkyo piped in music system that can. E connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth and the other is the onsen-style bathroom area. Nice touches.
