    Location: Easy to find local food.Walking distances to night market,bus terminal,tawau market Cleanliness:Our first room on third floor is clean.But the aircond smells dusty.Maybe not used for quite some time.Our second room on first floor quite terrible.Leaking water near bathroom.Bathroom mirror damage.Bedroom floor stained and sticky.Smells of cigarettes.We switch back to third floor. Facility:Lift out of order.Quite hassle if you got a lot of stuff if you on third floor. Overall:Ok for 2 star hotel.Suitable if you not fussy and only need bed and shower.

    During my visit , reception take very long time for me to check in . but thats ok for me , till inside the room .. floor was oily ermm and aircon also feel like summer holiday .. anywhere them have high potential to become good hotel
