    We had a wonderful experience on the Majestic Prime Cruise. The service was excellent from the moment we boarded, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with a good variety of options throughout the trip. The tour guides were very informative and had a great sense of humor, making every activity enjoyable and engaging. The onboard activities were well organized, but the highlight of the trip was definitely the cycling tour through the fishing village. It was a unique and memorable experience that allowed us to see the local culture up close. The view from our room was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the journey. Overall, the Majestic Prime Cruise exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable cruise experience.

    There is room for improvement in staff behavior, particularly among managers and senior staff. I observed that some senior staff were not very cooperative and were quick to decline requests without providing adequate assistance or guidance. In addition, I believe further training and coaching would be beneficial to help staff communicate with passengers in a more professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner. A positive and respectful approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

    All the meals served on board The Majesty cruise were mediocre. The first thought that crossed our minds was that we would be trapped on board for the next 3d and 2n with such plain fare. Even the lady who sat at a separate table across ours probably gave up because we noticed they skipped both breakfast and lunch on the last day. We rode this feedback cos I hope the cruise would do something about it. The ship is so pretty, comfortable and clean. So much promise. But the seriously unappetising meals failed to match up. We took the 3d2n cruise in late December 2025, im disappointed that there were no trip to caves nor tip top island that I had read in other cruise reviews. Both mornings were canoeing only. Our consolation is that the cruise was v peaceful, comfortable and we enjoyed scenic Halong Bay. Commendation also to the young masseuse lady who were honest and diligent.
