    The experience with Hermes Cruise was mixed. The scenery was absolutely amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the itinerary felt quite rushed, especially during visits to the caves and islands. There wasn’t enough time to properly explore, and it felt a bit too commercialized. The food was average considering the price we paid. While we understand that drinks are charged separately, it was disappointing that even basic drinking water was not provided during meals.

    I honestly could not fault the Hermes Cruise. Everything was perfect. The food, the room and the activities. The staff all go above and beyond. Mr Tommy was particularly amazing and saw to our every need! If you ever have the opportunity to go to Ha Long bay. Go for a cruise with this company! You won’t regret it!
