    The associates are nice but not the manager who refuse to help resolve the booking issue thru Agoda upfront. Then after the associate acknowledged there was a glitch in the system then the manager unpleasantly agreed to give us the room. Location is quite far off the center and the room’s view is the adjacent house not the garden view like advertised on the booking app. Really have to be lucky enough to get a good room here when booking thru the app. Not worth the money. Same amount of money we can book a hotel closer to the center with better options.
