    The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we're in Cottonwood! Beautiful river experience too!

    MY dad stayed here for a few days. We booked this one due to the positive reviews... and it was AWESOME! Simple, clean, incredibly friendly and helpful owners, just like a classic mom & pop motel! Perfectly suited our needs for this trip. Will book here again, every time. Thanks for a great stay!
