    Excellent location! However, the beds are really uncomfortable and there was no hot water. The shower and sink water was uncomfortably cold.

    First of all, this hostel has great location.. definitely! Staff was very helpful generally. The common area is full of energy, charm and warm.. really like it. Common bath room is also good. However, I would not give it an “excellent”, but it’s very good. Some pointers to feedback: My room is single room. First big issue is the number pad to my room.. it just doesn’t work so well.. I had to remember the password by hard.. and the password don’t always work. I was locked out one time (last evening stay). The staff was helpful to use a key to open it.. but if the number password don’t really work well.. is it better to just issue a card? There is a TV in my room.. it’s not working as there is no reception.. There is a locker (v small).. the instructions given on how to use the locker are not clear.. or I can’t find where the “X” is.. is like solving an impossible puzzle… The fridge is good but I don’t use it. The power points are all cluttered to one point.. and I had difficulties getting the electricity to flow freely.. very frustrating when I tried to charge my hp and it constantly didn’t get connected with the electricity. One of the windows door lock is not working.. Lastly and most frustrating is: I paid 7.50 euro for laundry.. I sent my laundry at 8 am and was told it would be ready at 10 am.. to my horror, the laundry is still not ready when it’s 11 am! And I had to check out early that day.. I missed my schedule program in the end.

    Pros: Good location Friendly staff (some not all) Curtains on bed for privacy Cons: Dirty - bed sheets were gross. Sheets don’t look clean, A LOT of hair and stains all over. The whole place needs a good scrub. Bathroom unsanitary - it always smelled like urine, toilet seat broken, space too small to change and shower in. 1 bathroom for 8 people is not sufficient. Expect long wait times. Hair all over the place Noisy - there was always loud music and socializing in the common area which is right by the rooms. Felt like a young frat house. Also the noise of roommates coming in and out late and early times was disruptive for sleeping especially when they were talking.
