    This is rather an older building. However, it feels decent and welcoming. It's quite and simple. I see mostly older client tails, who enjoy staying here in a low key neighborhood away from the busy young crowd in other side of the town, yet it's very convenient to commute w/subway PRO: Quite, convenient, clean, friendly staffs CON: 1). No hand rail by the bath tub, which is important to prevent falling, especially most of the hotel guests are seniors. 2). It takes a long while to get hot water running. Assuming they hv rather old piping system to functioning normal. 3). Bath towel: most of the towels are old & torn. Is it supposed to serve customers new or newer towels in general? (see photo) 4). In room TV set is tedious small like a computer. 5). Breakfast dining area: it's nice to hv an outdoor patio aside for fresh air and open space. However, breakfast items are mostly pre-production food items. Nothing to write home about. I'm impressed there's nice big blanket available in the room, it's a nice touch!

    The front desk told me their 3-pm check-in time is better than other hotels. He doesn't know every other hotels have 3-pm check-in. This is a very expensive hotel for its room size, room quality, ...
