    Location is the only positive. Staffs where unprofessional.No guidance was given. No phone to call reception.Nee to search for the staff for assistance. Food was overpriced too. Overall the experience was not worth the money paid. Won't recommend to anyone.

    We ordered dinner at 8pm It came at 11.30 pm. There were families as well with childrens, kids were also waiting for food till that time. Stay number will not be reachable, only if u go to their reception they will give their number. Room was okayish but not worth for even half the amount we paid for. View from the dining area was excellent, breakfask was good.

    We stayed in compact double room …it was a superb location amidst nature. And if you are passing from ooty you will be stopped at a checkpost in thalaikundha. Overall our stay was very good except the toilets were not spot clean.
