When booking this in Chinese, they name their apartment as hotel (酒店). It is in reality a domestic apartment.
The check in time is 4pm which is quite late and check out time is 10am which is again quite early. Since this is not a hotel, you can't keep your luggage in this place after checking out. There is also no lift. If the room is at 4/F, you will have to walk upstairs. The only positive thing is that they have refrigerator, washing machine and dryer.
