    This hotel is exactly as it shows on the picture. The room was big and nice for Naha. Has all the amenities and more. The location is convenient too. Definitely worth staying if you want to stay and explore the city.

    A couple things to note, if you are booking this hotel from a booking platform, please know that this is an unmanned hotel and is an Airbnb. I was not aware of this and when we arrived we were surprised to see that there is no lobby like the pictures show. Each floor is it's own apartment so the space is huge, but not knowing we needed to be looking for an Airbnb message from the management company we had know idea how to access the property, fortunately it we found a cleaner who assisted us through google translate how to find our pin to get in. Other thing to note, there were only 2 pillows for a huge king bed that were absolutely terrible to sleep on, they had these little beads in them. We ended up rolling up clothes to use as pillows. Other than those 2 things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again just would request different pillows at the time of booking.

    This was the 6th hotel we checked in to finish our month long tour of Okinawa. Each floor just has one unit, and we were on the top floor (8F). Strengths - location, size of the unit, combined washer & dryer, cleanliness, on site parking Weaknesses - check in process, property management, no luggage storage even though the hotel description indicates so, faulty a/c, water pressure, inconsistent hot water supply After reading several negative comments regarding the check in process from the reviews, we sent an email to the hotel email address provided by Agoda several days before our arrival date to get the check in instruction. We never heard from them. After we got to the hotel, we had to call the number on the door to get the access code to the building and the unit. As soon as we got into the unit, we heard beeps. The manager said we had to troubleshoot it ourselves. We finally found out the noise was from the a/c and we had to turn off the circuit breaker to quiet it down. We kept losing hot water during shower even though nobody else was using the water. The biggest problem for us was no luggage storage. They said the luggage storage on the hotel description is for when you check in, which didn't make any sense for me. They said we can extend our check out time until noon but have to 2000 yen per hour. We ended up renting a car for a day because there was no luggage storage. Despite the negative experiences mentioned above, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the location. Also the size of the unit was big compared to other hotels in the area.
