    Good Hotel, But Very Disappointing Staff Behaviour The hotel itself is very good, and I was happy with the overall quality of the property. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members named (QI) was extremely disappointing. While I was staying at the hotel, the staff member repeatedly called me by telephone and asked me to come to the lobby to settle a matter. I had already politely explained that I would come down just wait a moment, In fact, his call woke me up, and despite me explaining the situation, he continued calling and insisting that I immediately come to the lobby. What upset me most was his attitude. When I politely asked if he could please wait, his response was that he did not care at all what im doing and that I must had to come to the lobby urgent. I found this extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was speaking to him politely and respectfully throughout the conversation, so I expected the same level of respect in return as a paying guest. Guests should never be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected, especially when they are communicating politely. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that good hospitality is not only about having a nice property, but also about treating every guest with patience, professionalism, and respect. Overall, the hotel is good, but unfortunately this interaction with the staff seriously affected my experience. I hope the management can address this issue so other guests do not have to experience the same treatment.
